It will not take you long to prepare this smoothie with spinach and kiwi. Just a moment of mixing and a delicious green drink is ready. Ingredients (literally just 5 ingredients) that you can buy in basically every grocery store. Or maybe you already have everything you need at home?

Ingredients for Green smoothie with spinach and kiwi:
- 1 and 1/2 glass of sparkling water (about 380 ml)
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 2 kiwi
- 1 apple
- 1 tablespoon of honey
Method:
- Wash and dry spinach.
- Peel the kiwis from the skin and cut into quarters. Peel the apple, remove the seed nests and cut into eights.
- Put the spinach and fruit into a tall container (eg a blender). Add sparkling water and honey. Blend until smooth.
- Serve for breakfast.
