This is our favourite way to cook potatoes for breakfast, and our friends laughed at us when they asked us what we were making, and we answered “Breakfast potatoes!” They thought it was a joke because it was not a real recipe. So now, after it’s published, we think they are!
SCRAMBLED EGGS WITH ASPARAGUS
Is there anything better than scrambled eggs for breakfast on the weekend? Especially if you are craving something savoury. But as asparagus is in season making scrambled eggs with asparagus is taking it up a notch.
SWEET POTATO TOAST WITH AVOCADO
If you dream about a quick meal, which also contains protein, fats and carbohydrates, and in addition is delicious – you’ve come to the right place. Our latest discovery is brilliant: toast from a sweet potato!
This time we suggest toast with avocado, but they also taste well with Mexican guacamole, peanut butter and banana, or with hummus and vegetables. Only your imagination limits you. As usual with our rules – everything is simple, fast and not complicated – what more could you want!
STUFFED TOASTED SANDWICH WITH CHAMPIGNON MUSHROOM
Today we have for you another breakfast option. It is our twist on an open-faced toasted cheese sandwich or for us Poles “zapiekanka” – a stuffed toasted sandwich with champignon mushroom.
OMELETTE WITH HAM, ONION AND TOMATO
Omelette with ham, onion and tomato is always a great idea for a quick breakfast if you are really hungry. An omelette is probably my favourite kind of breakfast not only for the weekend but for everyday mornings as well. Pieces of cheese, half of the tomato and other leftovers from the fridge work perfect in the omelette. It is almost like magic when from those different leftovers we get such tasty, hot and delicious thing as omelette!
TAPENADE EGG TAPAS
Tapenade is an olive paste that comes from French Provence. In southern France, where it comes from, tapenade is always served as an aperitif. The main ingredients of tapenade are olives, green or black, capers, anchovies and olive oil.
MUFFINS WITH EGGS AND BACON
We love to eat eggs for breakfast, five days a week. Well, all right, but why should we eat the same every day, when there are ways to diversify your breakfast menu. Try our recipe for muffins with eggs and bacon.
THE ANTI-FLU SMOOTHIE
As the winter weather doesn’t always work good for our health, we come to you with the simplest recipe of the anti-flu smoothie. It’s tasty, got lots of vitamins and even natural antibiotics (in garlic). We recommend that you drink it regularly to increase your immunity. If you already got a cold, increase the amount of garlic, ginger and honey in the smoothie.
SHAKSHUKA WITH COURGETTE AND BELL PEPPER
Shakshuka – eggs on vegetables – is a staple dish of Israeli cuisine – eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner whatever you are in a restaurant or at home – and it’s considered a big competitor to falafel and hummus for the title of Best Israeli Dish.
