When we bake, often a question arises – what to decorate it with. Here is our idea for a quick icing, which would go great with cheesecakes, brownies and other cakes – white yoghurt-chocolate icing.

The sweet white chocolate flavour is combined with sour yoghurt and is perfect for those, who don’t want too much sweetness in their pastries.  

Ingredients for white yoghurt-chocolate icing:

  • Half of a white chocolate bar (50 g)
  • 2 tbs of sour yoghurt (natural)
  • a pinch of sea salt (optional)

Method:

  1. Break white chocolate (50 g) into smaller pieces and melt it, adding gradually sour yoghurt, mix it until you get a smooth sauce.
  2. You can add a pinch of freshly ground sea salt at the end (optional)
