Today we have a real food transformer for you. It can be a breakfast, a quick snack, a drink or a dessert 🙂 All depends on how you would like it and what ingredients would you change – add more milk or more oatmeal. It is oatmeal smoothie with forest fruits.

This oatmeal smoothie is a super healthy snack! What a great way to start your day! Each and every ingredient here is a source of vitamins, energy, protein, fibre and antioxidants. And the best thing, that it will take you only two minutes to make it!

So let’s get loaded with all those super vitamins right now!


  • 450 g of frozen forest fruits (or fresh ones)
  • 300 ml of milk
  • 60 g of oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • 3-5 walnuts


  1. First, put the frozen fruits into the blender, add milk and mix for half a minute. You can defrost fruits in advance or if you don’t have time just heat the milk before adding it to the fruits.
  2. Add oatmeal, chia seeds, honey and walnuts and blend all together for two minutes.
  3. It is ready! Enjoy!

This oatmeal smoothie can be eaten two ways: you can drink it with a straw like a smoothie or you can eat it with a spoon like a porridge. If you’ d like it to be denser, add more oatmeal, if you want it to be more like a drink, just add more milk 😉
