  • 6 figs
  • 100 g prosciutto ham or serrano ham
  • 250 g halloumi / oscypek / other grill cheese
  • 1/2 lemon
  • rucola
  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1,5 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • salt
  • pepper
  • skewers


  • Wash the figs and cut into quarters. Wrap each fig in a half slice of prosciutto ham / serrano ham.
  • Cut the cheese into cubes.
  • Put everything on a skewer. Mix figs and cheese.
  • Grill it on the grill or grill pan until the cheese & figs start to be soft.
  • You can also bake the skewers in the oven, in 200 degrees temperature. Baking time is about about 15 minutes.
  • Well. Let's get dressing done. For this purpose, mix the balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste for a homogeneous mass.
  • Serve skewers with rucola, covered by lemon juice and dressing. Enjoy!
