This salad is sweet (watermelon and honey) and savoury (feta cheese lemon juice) and refreshing (mint). On top of that, it is so easy to make. One could even say it is almost effortless.

Ingredients for watermelon salad with feta cheese

  • about 1/4 of a watermelon
  • 100g of feta cheese
  • a handful of mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp of honey

Method:

  1. Cut the watermelon in cubes of 1cm diameter.
  2. Do the same to feta cheese.
  3. Chop mint leaves.
  4. Mix the watermelon and feta cheese and sprinkle that with chopped mint leaves.
  5. In a separate bowl mix the lemon juice and honey.
  6. Pour the dressing over the salad.
  7. And now you can enjoy the salad!
