Ingredients for challah toast with tahini and ricotta:
- 2 slices of challah or brioches
- 2 teaspoons of tahini or homemade peanut butter
- 100 g of ricotta or cottage cheese
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- pomegranate
- lemon juice
Method:
- Grill slices of challah or brioche in a toaster or bake it in the oven for few minutes.
- Spread tahini/peanut butter, put on ricotta, pour honey, put grains of pomegranate on the toast and sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Toast is ready. Enjoy!
