Ingredients for challah toast with tahini and ricotta:

  • 2 slices of challah or brioches
  • 2 teaspoons of tahini or homemade peanut butter
  • 100 g of ricotta or cottage cheese
  • 2 teaspoons of honey
  • pomegranate
  • lemon juice

  1. Grill slices of challah or brioche in a toaster or bake it in the oven for few minutes.
  2. Spread tahini/peanut butter, put on ricotta, pour honey, put grains of pomegranate on the toast and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  3. Toast is ready. Enjoy!
