Something quick and easy that can be made under 5 minutes. We have you covered! Try our broccoli and feta cheese starter and you and your guest won’t be disappointed.
Broccoli and feta cheese is a great combo and you won’t regret it. It is salt and green and the almonds give this dish an extra crunch to it while still being smooth and silk thanks to the combination of mayo and greek style yoghurt
Ingredients for broccoli and feta cheese starter:
- 1 Broccoli
- ½ feta cheese
- 50g of almonds flakes
- 2 tbs of greek style yoghurt
- 2 tbs mayo
- ½ tsp of powdered garlic
Method:
- Trimm the broccoli till you are left with
flourettes - Boil them for 2 minutes (no longer)
- Put them aside on a paper towel to dry for a minute
- In the meantime chop the feta cheese into
little box-shaped piece - In a little bowl mix mayo, yoghurt and powdered garlic
- Mix the sauce and the rest of ingredients together (broccoli, feta and almonds)
- And voilà
If you want to go the extra mile you can grill almonds or dry fried them for 2 min until lightly brown.
