What to serve your guests while the main course is still being prepared? We have a solution for you  – a dip based on blue cheese served with raw vegetables. Just make a dip and cut the vegetables (celery, carrot and cucumber) into long thin strips. Immerse it in a dip… mmm. Yummy.

Cheese dip is a stand-alone appetizer as well as additional served to any roast or grilled meat. Depending on how many people you cook for, you can make a small portion or a bigger one by just doubling the ingredients. The dip is easy and quick to do, and the taste is incomparable to store-bought dips. Try it! You will really notice the difference.
