Ingredients for cream cheese frosting:
- 125 g soft cheese eg. Philadelphia
- 50 g butter (soft)
- 100 g powdered sugar (or less)
- Whisk the soft cheese with butter and powdered sugar. Put it in the fridge for a few minutes. The cream is ready.
