They can be consumed in different ways: juice, snacks, salads or as a part of other dishes. That’s why we have the perfect recipe for you – broccoli soup with feta cheese.

Today we bring you a great idea of a vegetable meal, so you can keep on with the recommended 5 vegetable meals a day. It is a very rich and creamy broccoli soup! It has only 3-4 simple ingredients and does not require much work or time. Simple and easy as most of our recipes.

Ingredients for Broccoli soup with feta cheese:

  • 500 g of broccoli
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 1 onion
  • 50 g of feta (optional)


  1. Wash the broccoli, cut the florets separately. The rest of the broccoli cut in really small pieces as they are much harder. The last 5 cm of broccoli at the end you should cut and throw away.
  2. Cook broccoli for 10 minutes. Take a couple of florets out of the water after 5 minutes and leave it for decoration.
  3. Leave 200 ml of water in which broccoli was cooked, add 200 ml of milk bring it to boil and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Cut the onion into small pieces and fry it on coconut oil. You can put more coconut oil as we’ll add it all to the soup later.
  5. Add the onion with oil to broccoli soup and blend it to all into a cream soup.
  6. Pour the soup into plates, decorate with broccoli florets and feta cheese.
  7. Enjoy!
